The plant has a uniform, upright and bushy habit. Leaves are dark green, broad, ovate in shape with a rounded base, and show no anthocyanin coloration. Stems have very weak anthocyanin coloration intensity.
Bright red bracts are ovate in shape, with weak rugosity between veins and weak to medium lobing. The variety belongs to the early flowering category, while the opening of the first three cyathia occurs late.
