The variety belongs to the SRP group, which ensures the presence of rhizomes. This allows the plant to form dense turf, effectively recover from damage, and withstand intense traffic.

The plant is distinguished by its fine leaf texture and dark green color. It possesses high resistance to brown patch, drought, and shade, and is suitable for use in mixtures with Kentucky bluegrass and perennial ryegrass.

The variety is intended for the creation of professional sports and ornamental lawns. The recommended mowing height for maintenance is from 3.8 to 15 centimeters.
