The variety is suitable for creating temporary and permanent grasslands. The plant successfully grows on various types of soils, showing the best results on light, humus-rich, moderately moist sites. Sowing on soils heavily infested with couch grass (Elymus repens) is not recommended.
For cultivation, spring sowing is recommended, either in pure stands or as an undercrop for spring wheat or oats, with row spacing from 25 to 40 cm. The variety possesses resistance to short-term waterlogging, trampling, and grazing, showing a positive response to fertilization.
