The variety is classified as a pasture type of red fescue. It is used in grass mixtures for the development of parks, recreation areas, and private plots, as well as for landscaping large areas with varying levels of moisture.
The plant is adapted to the climatic conditions of Poland and is undemanding regarding soil fertility levels, successfully growing on sandy sites. The variety forms a dense, compact sod, exhibits drought tolerance, and is suitable for use under varying degrees of sun exposure.
