The variety belongs to the creeping red fescue subspecies. The leaves have a medium-dark green shade, and the plant is capable of maintaining good condition during the summer period and forming a dense stand.

The variety is used as a component of professional lawn mixtures for universal landscaping, as well as for sports and ornamental lawns subject to moderate mechanical stress.
