The variety belongs to the subspecies Festuca rubra commutata and is a bunch-type plant without pronounced creeping rhizomes. Due to its ability to form a dense stand, the variety is used for creating high-quality lawn cover.

The plant demonstrates good visual appeal and resistance to a number of fungal diseases, including red thread and dollar spot. The biological characteristics of the variety allow it to tolerate low mowing, making it suitable for use on specialized facilities such as golf courses.
