The variety belongs to the subspecies Festuca rubra subsp. rubra. The plant possesses a fine leaf texture, high shoot density, and dark green color. The variety contains a natural endophyte, which increases resistance to fungal diseases, particularly red thread, and provides defense against surface pests.
The plant demonstrates wear resistance, the ability to reduce the invasion of weeds such as Poa annua and Digitaria, as well as tolerance to salt stress, summer temperature loads, and shade. Under optimal conditions, seedlings appear in 7–10 days, and the first mowing is carried out after approximately 21 days. The variety is characterized by low nitrogen requirements.
