The variety is a perennial short-growing grass belonging to the subspecies of creeping red fescue, which are characterized by the presence of short rhizomes. The plant possesses high shoot density and fine leaf texture, ensuring the aesthetic and functional quality of the turf cover.

The variety exhibits resistance to common turf grass diseases, in particular to rust and red thread. Due to its adaptability, the variety is used in grass mixtures for the establishment of professional and decorative lawns.
