The variety is a turfgrass with a low growth habit and a bright green color. It was developed through the selection of plants that survived herbicide treatment, based on the original Seabreeze variety and samples from the Czech Republic.
The plant is characterized by exceptional salt tolerance, capable of germinating at an NaCl concentration of 7000 ppm and surviving at 10000 ppm. It possesses good shade tolerance, high seed germination energy, and tolerance to low doses of glyphosate when used on established turf.
The variety is versatile and suitable for creating sports turf on golf courses, roadside revegetation, slopes, as well as for use in park areas and private gardens.
