The variety is a short-rhizomatous plant of the hexaploid type (2n=42) with a very dense and elastic sod. The leaves are characterized as narrow and short, colored medium or dark green. Small seeds have a thousand kernel weight in the range of 0.7–0.8 g.
The plant possesses high endurance and is adapted to intensive use, maintaining turf quality under frequent mowing. The variety is intended for establishing ornamental and sports lawns, as well as for landscaping park areas and slopes, showing efficiency as part of grass mixtures.
