The variety is a perennial low-growing grass with high shoot density. It demonstrates good adaptability to intensive use conditions and maintains its characteristics at a mowing height of 10 to 15 mm.

The plant belongs to the species Festuca rubra L. and was developed within breeding programs aimed at improving lawn qualities, including sod density and disease resistance.
