The variety is variegated. A dark green area, occupying approximately 40–60% of the leaf area, is located in the center of the leaf blade along the central vein. There is a characteristic light green margin along the edges, which darkens as the leaves age, becoming a more saturated green, while the variegation is maintained.
Compared to similar varieties such as «Anastasia», the leaves of «Regidan» are distinguished by a greater width and larger size. The plant is used as an indoor crop and can reach a height of up to one and a half meters. The variety requires stable conditions, preferring bright but diffused lighting.
