The Ettore F1 hybrid is an early-maturing variety, with a period from transplanting to harvest of 70–75 days. The recommended planting period is from March to April.
The plant has a medium vigor, dark leaf color, and good leaf cover. The variety is characterized by high resistance to premature flowering and excellent specific weight of the produce.
The thickened stem base (grumolo) is spherical in shape and medium-large in size. The interior of the grumolo is dense, white, and has a crisp texture with characteristic stripes.
