The variety belongs to bitter fennel and is valued for its high essential oil content, with a composition dominated by anethole (about 60%), fenchone (about 20%), and estragole (about 5%). The seeds are 6–10 mm long and 2–3 mm wide, their color varies from greenish to brownish-gray, and the thousand kernel weight is 4–8 g.

The plant is intended for the production of medicinal raw materials and is suitable for organic or conventional cultivation. The variety was obtained by selection. When cultivating, it is recommended to avoid planting after other Apiaceae crops due to common diseases and pests, and to take into account susceptibility to dodder and contamination with Datura seeds.
