Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety belongs to the day-neutral plant group. Genetically, the variety is linked to the use of the wild species Fragaria virginiana subsp. glauca, which provided it with the ability to fruit continuously regardless of day length throughout the entire season until the onset of frosts.

Plants are medium-sized bushes with moderate foliage. Berries are large, weighing 50–70 g, sometimes reaching 80 g, and have a conical or ribbed irregular shape. The flesh is firm, distinguished by a sweet taste with pineapple notes; the fruits possess good transportability.

The variety has resistance to a number of fungal diseases, including gray mold. It is one of the first commercially successful varieties of its group, which served as a genetic resource for breeding later modern varieties.
