The variety belongs to the day-neutral type and is suitable for both winter and summer plantings. The plant is capable of producing a yield within three months after planting, regardless of the type of planting material used—freshly dug or stored in a refrigerator.
The plant is self-fertile and actively forms runners in the nursery. The variety shows relative resistance to low temperatures, demonstrating cold hardiness indicators close to the Ventana and Camino Real varieties.
