The Diana variety, bred by Darbonne Pépinières, is a specialized garden strawberry breeding achievement intended for the climatic conditions of Northern Europe. Official agronomic characteristics of this variety are absent in open publications.
In horticulture, an interspecific hybrid of strawberry and Chilean strawberry is widespread under the name "zemklunika Diana". This plant is characterized by a medium-early ripening period, the presence of a muscat aroma, a spreading bush shape up to 30–40 cm in height, high winter hardiness, and resistance to gray mold and powdery mildew.
