The variety was obtained as a result of controlled cross-pollination of the Marathon female parent and the Sonora male parent. Breeding work was carried out in Monterey County, California.
The fruits of the variety have a heart shape and an orange-red internal color. The leaves are distinguished by a flat profile of the terminal leaflet margin and obtuse serrations; the petioles are densely pubescent. The length of the fruiting peduncle is approximately 16.6 cm.
The variety is intended for professional commercial cultivation. During research, plant resistance to charcoal rot was recorded.
