The variety is the result of breeding work by crossing the varieties Mara des Bois and Gariguette. Plants are of medium size and belong to the group of spring non-remontant strawberries, characterized by a semi-early ripening period.
The fruits are distinguished by juicy and aromatic flesh; in terms of taste qualities, the variety is considered a competitor to the Gariguette variety. The berries are suitable for both fresh consumption and for use in processing, for example, for making jam.
