The plant has a vigorous, upright habit and energetic growth. Long flower stalks facilitate ease of harvesting. The variety fruits 10–14 days later than the Malling Centenary variety; the average yield is about 990 g per plant.
The berries are large and have an orange-red color with a strong gloss. The flesh is firm and juicy, with an average sugar content on the Brix scale of 8.7. The variety shows resistance to powdery mildew, but has moderate susceptibility to root rot and verticillium wilt.
