Malling Glow, also known by the breeding number EM1677, is a mid-season short-day strawberry variety. The harvest period of this variety coincides with the timing of the standard variety Elsanta.
The berries are distinguished by an attractive appearance, good firmness and a pleasant sweet taste, and also possess high keeping quality indicators. During trials, the variety demonstrated high productivity and a significant yield of first-class berries.
The quality of planting material has a significant impact on the final yield of the variety. At present, detailed characteristics, such as bush height and specific resistance to field diseases, are limitedly covered in open sources.
