The plant is vigorous, reaching a height of 40–50 cm, with large, dark-green, shiny leaves. Sturdy flower stalks are positioned below the foliage, which protects the berries from birds and direct sunlight. The flowers are perfect and self-pollinating.
The berries have a broad-conical shape and turn cherry-red upon ripening. The firm and juicy flesh has a sweet taste with a pronounced aroma. Up to 3% of the fruits may exhibit a genetic trait in the form of small leaves forming on the surface.
The variety demonstrates high frost resistance down to -31°C, resistance to cracking and loss of sugar content during rains, and is not prone to sunscald. The plants show high resistance to Verticillium wilt and powdery mildew, while requiring protection against thrips and weevils.
