The variety was bred in the province of Quebec by crossing lines K75-13 and the Honeoye variety. The bushes reach a medium size, averaging about 25 cm in height.
The berries have a wedge shape, a medium-red skin color with moderate gloss, and light-red flesh. The plants are capable of withstanding winter temperatures down to -25°C with mulching. The fruits of the variety are prone to damage when using mechanized harvesting.
