Plants are tall, upright or slightly spreading, produce a moderate amount of runners, and adapt well to various soil types. The variety was obtained by crossing the varieties Markee and Sieger.

Berries have an average weight of 10–15 g; the first fruits are larger, and they become smaller towards the end of the harvest. The flesh is firm and juicy, of an intense dark red color; the taste is sweet and sour with a distinct strawberry aroma.

The variety possesses good winter hardiness, withstanding up to –25 °C, and is resistant to root system diseases and nematodes. The plant can be affected by gray mold, white leaf spot, and the strawberry mite, which requires preventive protective measures.

Berries are for universal use, ideally suited for deep freezing and industrial processing, for example, for making jams and preserves; they are also suitable for fresh consumption.
