Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant reaches a height of about 60 cm, which distinguishes it from the classic forms of the species. The stem is strong, covered with glossy skin and lanceolate bright green leaves; at the top of the peduncle, there is a characteristic “crown” of leaves.

The variety flowers in mid-to-late spring. The plant has a strong musky odor. Due to its short height and stem strength, the variety is resistant to lodging, but it is sensitive to bulb rot in case of moisture stagnation and requires well-drained soils.

The cultivar belongs to the category of modern breeding forms, often classified as interspecific hybrids of the section Petilium. It is intended exclusively for ornamental use in garden compositions in flower beds and on lawns.
