The plant is a compact, densely growing perennial, 13.5–15 cm in height. The leaves are deeply dissected, gray-green in color, and semi-evergreen.

The flowers are solitary, cup-shaped, colored lilac-pink or reddish-purple with a silvery sheen and dark purple veins converging toward the center.

The variety prefers sunny locations with well-drained soil and possesses drought tolerance. Suitable for cultivation in rock gardens, borders, and containers; it has a stable and dense growth habit.
