Variety description

The variety is a bushy perennial that forms a rosette of dark green compound semi-evergreen leaves. The flower stalks are branched and purple-colored. The plant reaches a height of 30–40 cm during the flowering period.

The flowers are up to 5 cm in diameter, semi-double, pink or salmon-colored with wavy petals and a yellow center. Unlike many varieties, the flowers are directed upward and to the sides. The flowering period begins in April-May and continues until June.

The plant is winter-hardy and develops well in sunny locations with moderately moist, humus-rich soils; it does not tolerate waterlogging or acidic soils. Suitable for cultivation in flower beds, naturalistic plantings, and containers.
