The tree is characterized by slow growth and a weeping form with an irregular growth habit, where branches cascade downwards. A mature plant reaches 3.5–4 meters in height with a comparable crown width.
Distinctive features are the dense leaves with serrated, corrugated edges, which turn a saturated yellow color in autumn. The variety has good winter hardiness (USDA zones 4a–9b) and resistance to diseases and pests.
The plant is undemanding to soil, preferring fertile and permeable substrates. It develops well in both sunny locations and partial shade.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
