The tree of this variety has a characteristic narrow crown shape with drooping shoots. The leaves have the fan-shaped form typical of the species and acquire an intense yellow color in the autumn period.
The plant is intended for decorative landscaping of parks, gardens, and urban spaces, and is well adapted for use in confined spaces. The variety possesses high resistance to drought, air pollution, diseases, and low temperatures.
