The plant reaches a height of 140–160 cm, with a flower spike length of about 60 cm. The vegetation period from bulb planting to the start of flowering lasts from 80 to 100 days.
Cultivation requires sunny, wind-protected areas with drained soil of neutral or slightly acidic reaction. Due to the significant height of the flower spikes, it is recommended to tie them to supports.
The variety is thermophilic and does not overwinter in open ground, so the bulbs must be dug up for the winter and stored in a cool, dry room.
