The variety is a large-flowered gladiolus, officially registered under the name Fosta. The height of the adult plant varies from 100 to 150 cm, and the size of an individual flower is from 10 to 14 cm. The flowering period occurs in August and September.

The plant belongs to ornamental crops. It possesses strong flower stalks that require staking to prevent lodging. The variety requires annual lifting for the winter and adherence to established storage conditions for the corms.
