The variety belongs to maturity group I. The seeds have a light yellow seed coat color and a light brown hilum. The variety is intended for grain production; its seeds are used as a protein source and in feed production.

In field trials, the variety demonstrated a yield of 3693 kg/ha. Research was conducted to evaluate the resistance of this variety to stem canker Diaporthe aspalathi as part of specialized scientific projects.
