The soybean variety Berehynia belongs to the mid-early maturity group. Plants are characterized by a developed leaf surface, which is one of the largest among a number of studied varieties.

The variety demonstrates a good level of protein content in the seeds. It possesses complex resistance to such diseases as Fusarium wilt, downy mildew, charcoal rot, and Phomopsis.
