The plant reaches a height of 70–90 cm and has an erect to semi-erect growth habit. The main stem is covered with tawny-brown pubescence, the flowers are purple, and the hilum is light. The thousand kernel weight is 170–180 g, and the crude protein content ranges from 37.1 to 39.1%.

The variety possesses genetic resistance to lodging and pod shattering, as well as high resistance to bacteriosis, downy mildew, and viral diseases. It shows good cold tolerance and satisfactory drought tolerance. Intended for grain, fodder, and food industry use.
