The Lynda (Lynda GT) variety is characterized by the presence of a long juvenile period trait, which delays plant flowering. This feature allows the soybean to extend the vegetative phase and build up the necessary biomass under short-day conditions typical of southern latitudes.

The plant possesses resistance to glyphosate, which is reflected in the GT designation. During field trials, the variety demonstrated the ability to maintain viability in arid climate conditions. Mentions exist of the variety in an IPRO version adapted for other markets.
