The soybean variety Maja is characterized by a determinate growth type and belongs to the early-maturing group 000. An important feature of the variety is the concentration of pods in the upper part of the plant, with the height of the lowest pod attachment ranging from 12 to 16 cm.

The plant has a high protein content. This variety is known in European soybean cultivation practice, where its performance has been studied in the context of adaptation to regional conditions.
