Maple Arrow belongs to maturity group 00. Plant height is approximately 70 cm. The thousand kernel weight is about 17.8 g; the seeds have a yellow color and a slightly oval shape.

The variety shows resistance to Phytophthora root rot (Phytophthora sojae) and Sclerotinia stem rot (Sclerotinia sclerotiorum), however, high susceptibility to soybean aphid infestation is noted. The produce is characterized by a high protein content.
