The Pocahontas 00 variety is characterized by rapid development rates in the early stages and a prolonged flowering period. The plants have medium height and medium-high attachment of the lower pods, which facilitates mechanized harvesting.

The variety possesses resistance to lodging and high resistance of pods to shattering during maturation. The primary purpose is cultivation for grain to obtain oil and protein, as well as for soil enrichment with nitrogen.
