The variety was developed by individual selection from the F4 hybrid population of Alba × Pripyat. Plants reach a height of 75–95 cm, with the lowest pod attachment occurring at a height of 12 cm. The variety belongs to a very early maturity group; in the conditions of Krasnodar Krai, it matures in the first or second ten-day period of August.

Plants are resistant to lodging and pod shattering, possess increased drought tolerance, and have high resistance to downy mildew, stem canker, and charcoal rot. Seeds contain 40–43% protein and up to 23% oil; yield in Krasnodar Krai is 2.7–3.6 t/ha.
