The American variety PS135 belongs to maturity group 1 (RM 1.3) and has a narrow plant type of medium height. Seeds are small, approximately 4800 pieces per pound. The variety has high resistance to lodging and white mold (score 1.5), and protein content is about 39.5%. It is specialized for food production, in particular for natto manufacturing.

The Italian registration of the variety PS135 is entered in the national plant variety bulletin, however, detailed morphological and agronomic characteristics of this version are absent in open sources.
