The variety belongs to early maturity group 0 and is classified as food-grade soybean. Characteristic features of such varieties include a light or white hilum, large seed size, and increased protein content.

During agronomic research, the variety underwent field trials for resistance to Sclerotinia. In tests conducted in Canada in 1999–2000, the variety demonstrated high yield among other varieties of its maturity group.
