The variety belongs to the early-maturing group. Yield is 3.15–3.42 t/ha, seed weight per plant reaches 9.42 g. Seeds contain 38–39% protein and 20–23% oil; a high content of trypsin inhibitors and flavonoids is also noted.

The plant possesses high drought tolerance, as well as high resistance to lodging and seed shattering. Resistance to Fusarium, Ascochyta, downy mildew (Peronospora), and bacteriosis is rated as high.
