The soybean variety «Terek» belongs to the mid-early group (maturity group I). In terms of protein content and yield, the variety exceeds the standard, while fat content and oil yield correspond to standard values.

The plant possesses increased resistance to mechanical injury of seeds during harvesting. The variety is used in breeding research to evaluate drought tolerance and resistance of pods to shattering.

In the course of phytopathological studies, the presence of soybean mosaic virus was detected on the seeds of this variety.
