The variety is used for research purposes to study phosphorus metabolism in plants, interactions with pathogens, including cyst-forming nematodes, as well as in entomological studies and biotesting.

Agronomic characteristics, such as maturity group, plant height, or yield indicators, are absent from open scientific publications, as this genotype is not intended for mass commercial production.
