The plant is a compact bush with large, wide leaves of oval or round shape. The leaf blade has a light green or cream-green center, framed by a darker border, with pronounced pinkish shades on the veins. The underside of the leaf and the petioles are colored bright violet or purple-burgundy.

The variety is slow-growing, reaching a height of 30 to 80 cm. The plant possesses the characteristic ability of Marantaceae to lift its leaves upward in the evening. During cultivation, it can be affected by spider mites and requires high air humidity, protection from direct sunlight, and consistent watering.
