The variety was obtained as a result of combining interspecific hybridization of G. hirsutum L. × G. barbadense L. The plant is characterized by a higher positioning of the first fruiting branch compared to other varieties.

The variety belongs to the early-maturing category and is adapted to the soil and climatic conditions of Bulgaria. In scientific research, data on its yield and fiber quality are used as reference indicators in comparative trials.
