The variety is intended for cultivation in the conditions of the Aegean region of Turkey, in particular in the Söke district. Breeding work to create this variety was aimed at increasing the efficiency and resistance of plants to local climatic conditions.

The variety underwent state testing procedures at the Nazilli Cotton Research Institute. The variety is in commercial circulation and is included in the registers of breeding achievements.
