The variety is a compact potted plant with a height ranging from 25–50 cm. It is intended exclusively for interior landscaping.

The plant features bright inflorescences with bracts that retain their color for a long time. Like other Guzmania varieties, it is demanding regarding the watering regime and air humidity, and is sensitive to waterlogging in the soil and exposure to direct sunlight.
