The plant forms a compact clump of dark green leathery evergreen leaves. The bush height reaches approximately 45–46 cm. The variety is a sterile hybrid of Helleborus niger and Helleborus orientalis.

Flowering occurs in late winter. The flowers are large, pink in color, and have a diffuse light center. The plant is characterized by winter hardiness and is suitable for use in decorative landscaping of gardens, terraces, and containers.
