Variety description

The plant forms a compact dense bush-rosette. The height of the leaf rosette is 20–25 cm, and with flower stalks the plant reaches 35–45 cm. The leaves are rounded, lobed, with a serrated edge, light or medium green in color with a silvery coating and dark burgundy-purple veins, turning a reddish hue in autumn.

Flowering occurs from June to August. Bright pink small bell-shaped flowers are collected in paniculate inflorescences on tall flower stalks. The variety is winter hardy down to -33...-34 °C (USDA zone 4), prefers partial shade or shade and well-drained fertile soils. Used in borders, rock gardens, and containers.
